The queen room included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe. the location was great and lovely, in the Hong Kong Island district and feet from a metro station. Visiting eateries and the movies near the hotel was easy.

The hotel was fairly clean with a good restaurant. The room was stylish and large, had central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel television. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom - big. The staff were incredibly attentive and top-class, ready to any request. Particularly good and perfect location in the very residential area and it was a bonus to be right by a metro station. There were a big shopping mall and a shopping area around the venue.

The room was a decent size and high-class with a complimentary bottle of wine and amazing views and rain shower. Comfy location, Hong Kong H K Heliport airport was 0.5 miles away.

nice and friendly staff at reception as well as pool and gym area. The subway station is just next door of the hotel which will bring you in 15-20 min to all central locations on HongKong island. The taxi fare is about 6-7 Eur.

The pool is nice. However, it's too much noise from the street (4 floor) due to the traffic on the street, not very relaxing

Room is spacious and everything is clean. Charge of mini bar drinks is fair.

The glass of bath room is mostly transparent and there's only one chair in the room.

I'd definitely tell my buddies about this spot. It's super tidy and quiet here, plus you get to enjoy some stunning views of the bay 🌅.

Nicest hotel we've stayed in. We had a harbour-view room and it was stunning! Ultra modern hotel with excellent facilities and superb staff. Food is great, especially breakfast, and ordering room-service through the iPod was a nice touch! Highly recommended.

It's a bit further out from the main areas, but that could also be a positive if you want to get a break from the madness of Kowloon etc and relax. Public transport excellent though, so it only takes a short while to get into centre. Outdoor terrace at the top floor bar was undergoing renovation and therefore out of use, which was a bit disappointing.

the morning breakfast was extensive with fresh juice, amazing views plus eastern offerings. the pool was clean and i had relaxing drinks in the rooftop bar.

the room had a very comfy bed. the hotel is so close to the shopping mall and MRT station. 3. the location is great for exploring Hong Kong Island district.

Don't mind the location. Metro station is the next door to the hotel. It takes 10 minutes to reach the very centre. Outstanding views from the high floors.

Continental breakfast is average. Pay for one, named East.

Excellent stay in a modern/contemporary Asian decor, with very friendly and efficient staff and excellent breakfast. We were upgraded to a room with an amazing harbor view, not to be missed!

I didn't want to leave, so totally recommend this hotel. Booked a room with sweeping views of the bay. - the breakfast was extensive and delicious. - the check-in was smooth. - the location was incredible - short walk to the Taikoo shopping mall for meals and HK eateries and a major suburban shopping center. It also was in the "center" of Hong Kong.

Nice staff, comfortable bed, near tube station. Very well equipped....... fridge, safe, iron, electric jug etc as well as various bits if technology that we could not work out how to operate.

The bedroom and the bathroom were not separated giving our room the feel of a sad and desperate B and B from the 1960s. For this reason I would not stay at this hotel again,

Service was fast, efficient and professional. Extremely roomy hotel and rooms for hong kong. Modern concept with tasteful designer finishes. Sugar bar and lounge at the roof top with great drinks and stunning views. Right next to tai koo mrt- a little further from central but i dont mind the commute as i dont find it too far. We had a double room on the corner 28th floor with a stunning view and beautifully furnished with great toiletries, very well stocked mini bar, free fast wifi...nothing was skimped like most luxury hotels. We stay in many five star hotels for business and this stay gave me a similar experience of the w hotel.the highlight was the gym private shower rooms that my partner and I used after a day at the beach on our last day...well thought out, beautifully designed and well stocked with all the necessary amenities.

Pool was average. Bathroom lighting in hotel room could not be turned on and off separately- all room lights were connected to master switch so when using bathroom, bedroom lights had to be on too.
